Tender rabbit meat from Bavaria and Austria with black currant, barley grass and hibiscus flowers
The black currant contains a lot of vitamin C, B vitamins, tannins and minerals. The kernels of currants contain valuable gamma-linolenic acid, a polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acid that can be helpful against inflammation.
Barley grass describes the young shoots of barley that emerge after germination and are still gluten-free. Barley grass is a vitamin bomb rich in chlorophyll and provides almost all vital vitamins, including vitamins A, C, D2, vitamin E, vitamin K for blood clotting, B vitamins and folic acid, iron, zinc and calcium.
The beautiful hibiscus flowers are rich in citric acid, pectin, flavonoids, phytosterols, mucous substances and vitamin C. The vaginal substances have a soothing, antibacterial and metabolic stimulating effect.
