The shipping company delivers the parcels to you and, if you are absent, informs you in the form of a parcel card about the delivery attempt and whether and where you can pick up the parcel on the same day.
If you cannot pick up the parcel, it will usually be delivered to you again the next day.
Unfortunately, delivery to DHL packing stations is not possible.
We ship free of charge within Germany from a minimum order value of € 50.00. Shipping to Austria, Italy, France, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein is free of charge from € 84.00. The actual amount of the shipping costs can be found in the shopping cart during the ordering process.
